I Did It!

I did it.  It is official.  I signed up to walk the Portland to Coast this next August 24-25, 2012 with an all womens team. 

I am so excited!  I have wanted to do this for quite a while but the opportunity never presented itself.  And now it has so I jumped on it quick like. (Thanks Diane T.)

The Portland to Coast is one of the world’s largest walk relay.  Each member walks two "legs" of approximately five miles each.  Depending on your leg of the course you will be crossing a diverse variety of landscape, from downtown Portland, through farm country, ending at the sandy beach of Seaside, Oregon.

 I know it seems like a long way away but it will be here before I know it!  Now it is time to get my training on!
