Crock Pot Spicy Chili Chicken

I haven't posted a recipe in a while I just noticed.  This was one of the Crock Pot meals on my Menu Plan from last week.

Crock Pot meals are super simple.  Just throw everything in the pot, turn it on and go about your day.  MOST of the times the meals turn out wonderfully delish with the exception of my Italian Pot Roast Steak from last week.  LOL.  Don't ask.

Spicy Chili Chicken & Beans N Rice

Ingredients

1-2 lbs of Chicken Breast
2 Cans of Pinto Beans (drained)
1 Can of Chopped Green Chiles
1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
1 cup of Rice
1 Packet of Chicken Gravy
1 Packet of Chili Seasoning (or make your own)

Directions

1.  Place into Crock Pot in order: Chicken, Pinto Beans, Green Chiles, Diced Tomatoes, Packet of Chicken Gravy (dry).
2.  Cover and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours
3.  Stir ocassionally
4.  Cook Rice as directed, add Chili Seasoning
5.  Add cooked rice into Crock Pot the last 15-20 mins

The Chicken comes out flavorful and tender.  You could even take the chicken and put on buns for Pulled Chicken Sandwiches and eat the Beans N Rice on the side.
