I have always wanted to have a neighbor just like you,
I've always wanted to live in a neighborhood with you.

So let's make the most of this beautiful day,
Since we're together, we might as well say,

Meet our new neighbor.  We haven't formally met him yet. 

But we were able to lovingly gaze at his beauty,

the warm sun glistening off his shiny coat,

as he munched on some grass in the pasture next door.
