The Happiest Mom Book Giveaway

I don't know about you but as a wife, mother of 4, and full time employee there are definite times that I am "unhappy" in my role as a mother.   I know I can be happier but sometimes I just lack the tools and motivation.   

Lately, I have a lot of mommy guilt for not living up to every ones expectations, including my children, as a mother and it really gets me down. I know I am not superwoman but even so, one can dream to be "The Happiest Mom", right?

Maybe I just don't know the "secrets" to being "The Happiest Mom" or becoming a happier mom?  Do you?

Author Meagan Francis, who is also a blogger, columnist, a regular contributor to Parents magazine*, the premier U.S Magazine for moms since 1987 and a mother of 5 has unlocked the secrets, if you will, in her newly released book The Happiest Mom: 10 Secrets To Enjoying Motherhood. 

Today is the official release date of this motivating and inspiring book.

Without giving too much away, let me just say this book had me at the Introduction which was written by Christine Carter, PhD and author of Raising Happiness.

10 tried and true secrets to help you become a happier mom because we all know how the saying goes:

 "If momma ain't happy, nobody is happy!" 

I will most certainly be using these to help me become The Happiest Mom I can possibly be.  I not only owe it to myself but I also owe it to my children.
